Learn How To Attack From The Back Without The Gi and Find The Strangle And Other Submission Holds On All Your Training Partners
This Course Will Help You Not Only Develop You No Gi Back Attacks but Your Escapes As Well
What Will You Learn?
Troy Manning is here to walk you through his systematic approach to getting the submission from the back. Taking the back without this gi is great but it can be very difficult to attack from this position when you don't have grips.
Many people only look for the rear naked strangle but there are many other options you can utilize from this position. Troy is here to show you how to do that.
Not only are you going to learn back attacks you are also going to learn how to escape from bad positions. With No Gi being so slippery it is likely that if you are put in a bad position that is tough to get out of it is VERY TIGHT.
Troy is here to help you develop more escape options. The more confidence you have in your escapes the more likely you are to be confident in attacks.
